Please note that we do not offer direct billing at this time. An official receipt will be sent to your email after your treatment, which you may submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. All service prices are before tax. Senior 65+ Can get $5 off.

Cancellation & Late Appointment Policy

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• Cancellation Fee: Missed appointments or late cancellations will be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the treatment cost.

• Late Appointment Fee: If you arrive late, you will be charged the full fee for the scheduled session, even if the treatment time is shortened.

o Example: If you book a one-hour session but arrive 30 minutes late, you will receive treatment for the remaining 30 minutes but be charged for the full hour, as your therapist was waiting for you during the scheduled time.

o If you arrive with less than 15 minutes remaining in your appointment, the session will be cancelled and you will be charged the full amount, as meaningful treatment cannot be provided in that time.

Before making a reservation, please review our list of services and select the option that best suits your needs. Our cupping therapy (decided in consultation with your therapist based on your current condition) is included in any massage session of one hour or longer, at no additional cost.
